Screen Blossoms explores the relationship between digital image processing and traditional screenprinting through halftone reproduction and CMYK colour separation. Using a digital-to-analogue workflow, a single photograph was separated into CMYK channels, exposed onto individual silk screens, and hand printed layer by layer using acrylic inks. Rather than reproducing the original image faithfully, the project experiments with alternative colour combinations, revealing how colour interaction, registration, and material imperfections shape new visual outcomes.
